If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the product or products can be returned.
Product return instructions
By law returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order. The shipping costs for the return of products are charged to our store when they are sent with the courier partnered with it. If the return package is sent using a different courier than the one recommended, all related costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The new shipment of products to replace the returned product is at the expense of the customer. The product returns are made at the current price of the respective item by the date of their receipt at vraxiolidis.gr by the courier.
Credit to your account
Once the refund is processed, the amount is credited to the customer's account at vraxiolidis.gr.
The credit: (a). It can be used for your next purchase of products from our store (b). Can only be used once on a future order within one month of return.
Money return
Returns will be made as soon as possible once the products have been returned, checked and accepted by our vraxiolidis.gr store. For orders paid by credit card, the refund amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 business days and will appear on their next credit card bill. Processing time may vary by credit card company. Orders paid by bank transfer, must be returned to the original account. In the refund, the customer is charged the costs of transporting the products.

Please include the original receipt/invoice with the return package. In the event of defective or problematic merchandise, you must follow the instructions above. Our store reserves the right to request that you send a photo of the defect or problem with the merchandise before the return is approved. Where possible, our store will repair the faulty product. Products that show any signs of wear or tear should be returned to the customer. Our store reserves the right to refuse a return of product that is not authorized or shipped in accordance with the return policy described above.
Change in shipping costs
Transport prices may change in cases where the consumer is in a hard-to-reach area, i.e. an area outside the capital of the respective prefecture, as well as in island regions of Greece.
The transport prices outside Athens - Thessaloniki for parcels heavier than 10 kg are calculated for collection by collection from the warehouse of the carrier that has a transport contract with our company.
Shipping prices for cases of inaccessible areas will be determined in consultation with the consumer.
